We collect only the data necessary to respond to your request: name, email address, telephone number, and any optional notes provided through the contact or booking form.
3. Legal Basis
Processing is based on the data subject's express consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and, where applicable, on the performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. Purpose
Data is used exclusively to confirm and prepare the requested meeting, and for communication related to the engagement. It is not used for commercial or marketing purposes.
5. Retention
Data is retained for the period necessary to provide the service and, following its conclusion, for the applicable statutory period (maximum 5 years).
6. Data Subject Rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. These rights may be exercised by contacting geral@firehorse.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD — www.cnpd.pt).
